ECGC is also used for treating diabetes because it is known to lower glucose levels in the body. Green tea is also a great way to manage your appetite. Green tea is a great thing to go for if you are feeling hungry but know you shouldn’t be eating at that precise moment. Studies have shown that green tea can help increase metabolism and help burn calories. Green tea is perfect to turn to if you are looking to lose some weight.

Green tea is really easy to add to your diet. It can essentially be found in any mainstream grocery store. It’s doubtful that you will have to go looking for it in a specialty tea shop or anything like that. Green tea also comes in a great varieties of flavors so it’s impossible not to find something that is suited for your taste.

One fun tip for new green tea drinkers is that you can add green tea water to your foods. You can add the tea to a pot of boiling pasta and create an interesting flavor. It can be fun to find new and exciting ways to add green tea to your diet.
